Irrawaddy dolphin is an oceanic dolphin that lives in brackish water near coasts, river mouths. Populations of the Irrawaddy dolphin have been declining over the past 50 years and now the species is classified as Endangered. The low reproduction rate and the human-related threats contribute to the rapid decline of the Irrawaddy dolphin populations.

Irrawaddy dolphins are not thought to communicate through vocal signals.The dorsal fin is small and rounded behind the middle of the back. The forehead is high and rounded; the beak is lacking and its mouth is known for having 12-19 peg-like teeth on each side of the jaws. The front of its snout is blunt. 

DIET

There are plenty of food items that this dolphin feeds upon. They include fish, crustaceans, and cephalopods.

The shikra is an extraordinary hunter, little but powerful raptor. it is also called the little banded goshawk, the Indian sparrowhawk and little banded sparrowhawk. The shikra is one of the commonest hawks in India. Its name has been derived from Urdu, and the Hindi word, shikari, meaning hunter. 

The shikra is found in a range of habitats including forests, farmland and urban areas. They are usually seen singly or in pairs. The flight is typical with flaps and glides.

The adult Shikra has pale grey upperparts, and is white, finely barred reddish below. Males and females look alike except that female is larger than the male. The juvenile is brown above and white, spotted with brown below. It has a barred tail.

DIET

They feed on squirrels, small birds, small reptiles, rodents and insects.

LIFESPAN

The lifespan is from 2.5–7 years.

Microraptor was a small feathered dinosaur related to Velociraptor and Deinonychs. These four winged dinosaur bodies had a thick covering of feathers. A diamond-shaped fan on the end of the tail gave stability during flight and first non-avian dinosaurs discovered with the impressions of feathers and wings.

* Tyrannosaurus was for many decades the largest known theropod and best known to the general public. Later discovery of giant carnivorous support the idea that Spinosaurus is longer than Tyrannosaurus, showing that Spinosaurus was possibly 3 meters longer than Tyrannosaurus though Tyrannosaurus could still be more massive than Spinosaurus.

* The theropods were the only dinosaurs to get continuously smaller, and that their skeletons changed four times as fast as those of other dinosaur species.

* Eg are bipedal carnivores like T. rex, Velociraptor, Compsognathus, and Deinonychus

* Birds evolved from a group of meat-eating dinosaur called theropods. These ancient birds looked quite a lot like small, feathered dinosaurs and they had much in common. Their mouths still contained sharp teeth.
